this is happening?!
I'm trying to add my bank account to my Paypal but this is what it says:
This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead.
Then they say if I still want to use that account I can fax them my bank statement with a copy of my ID or something like that. This really sucks! I need to get signed up!
