It's been a very busy weekend. I owe massive thanks to my family who have all helped with getting the pones moved over to their new pad. First Dad and I got an area of fencing set up at the new place. Then Dad strimmed all round the edge of it; to discourage pones from trying to find out if the grass is greener on the other side. Staro and I had our first actual outing for about 2 weeks this morning. First the weather was truly foul, then I was horribly ill, then I was still ill AND the weather was foul so we've not done anything since our going-in-and-out-of-the-gate session ( Read more... ) -
Boredom as a training tool and too much hair...
My pony seems to have decided that thick floofy flooflinger fur is just soooo last season, don'cha'know, that he can't drop the stuff fast enough. I took a picture mid-way through a grooming session yesterday - by this point half of the stuff had blown away and/or was plastered all over me, too.

Snow!
Well I finally got my day off!!! Too difficult to get in to work, so instead I wrapped up warm, and trudged up the hill to the yard, to go and see my pony. Despite having an open stable he's free to use as he pleases, he had obviously spent all night outside, stood under 'his' tree. Crazy.
