So I have a new obsession. Surprise? I'm watching Repo! The Genetic Opera for the third time since purchasing it yesterday. It's going on my top five list, which may or may not be a compliment considering my taste in movies. I don't think it was a great movie, but it was enjoyable. 'S all fine. At least it's easy enough to fix when it's just from being an idiot and not eating, y'know... food with nutrients.

I LOVED. Loved! It's a shame there was so much editing--it felt like it wanted to go on for four or five hours, which would have been absolutely fantastic. Whatever's wrong with Nathan, he... has problems. PTSD sounds like a good candidate. Poor guy, and--bwah. He needs hugs and therapy and OH WOW when he was all WHAM and beating would-be assassins left and right? ASH is so good.

As embarrassing as it is, I didn't really know anything about Sarah until last night when I obsessively read everything about her on the interwebs. Yes! Mag is epic--I want to app her, but there's so little about her that's given directly, and I'm afraid to draw my own conclusions and play her wrong. Plus, I think I would want to play her blind, since taking away her own sight as a statement was such a defining moment. XD I need to look that up, both for Sarah's cleverness and Paris' utter lack of ( ... )

It is! I did--well. One of the commentaries. I enjoyed it, and it really sounds like they had a lovely time making it. Hearing about some of the sideplots that had to be cut was awesome; I wish they could have included the bit with Marni's body missing, since I did wonder about that. And the director said something about Mag's eyes being Marni's eyes? Whaaat?

I guess insane Repomen work a bit better than sane ones? I mean, you can't argue with his results! I'm not sure he fits the profile perfectly, but I don't know what else to diagnose him with? Nooo... no one else could play it like ASH, who is a god.

Repo! really is awesome, isn't it? I've seen it several times, but mostly I keep on listening to the soundtrack XD I've got some more of Sarah Brightman's songs if you enjoyed her voice that much.

Oh, I love your drawings! Especially Blind Mag.

And I hope you get your iron tablets again soon :S Anemia is not at all good.
