My family just returned to the States. Apparently I have amnesia, and I got nothing but worried looks for the duration of their visit. Mom stayed a few extra days, watching me and looking worried. Study attempts have failed. All books have disappeared. Suspect pranks and year-late hazings. Will go into homicidal mode if books not returned. DO IT.

I went into the kitchen to make dinner, and when I came back, I was 2 rows further in the pattern than when I left.

I swear I didn't knit them in some sort of trance state.
