My facebook + the Polish side of the internet has been BLOWING UP about this. I spent the whole evening yesterday laughing my ass off about this and the memes/jokes that came out of this situation.

Anyway the event organizer is getting a lot of shit (who has time and money to travel to the other side of the country just like that? Do they think the fans are unemployed or something?) and it's just a MESS all around. People are daring each other to scream out "don't talk, just sing" at the Cracow concert too, just out of spite, to see if he'll storm out again.

I bet somebody WILL do this. But then if Mozza walks again, they should expect a nice lynching from the crowd.

I feel so lucky. When I saw him, he was punctual, played the whole set and was in good spirits throughout the show. Then again, it was in Japan so maybe he had to play by the rules.

It started here all the same - he was exactly on time, in great spirits, attempting to speak some Polish, band in Polish t-shirts...and then suddenly this shitfest occurred.

I felt blessed when I saw him for the same reason. I've had other opportunities to see him since, but I haven't gone again for fear of pushing my luck.

same! when I saw him it was an awesome show although it did seem like something went awry with the encore. everyone was cheering and morrissey and the band came back on stage and picked up their instruments but then something happened and they abruptly put them down again and walked off. it was weird.

Guys, I am so sad and pissed off.

It all started so nicely, band wearing Polish t-shirts, Mozz in cheerful spirits, attempting to speak Polish... and then this whatever incident. Whyyy has it had to happen in Warsaw? The guy who screamed that was not even Polish (heavy Mancunian accent) and now who knows if Mozza ever comes back to Warsaw!

Yeah, his behavior was not unexpected but to suffer because of some idiot really sucks.

On Sunday he was playing in Helsinki, so many stage invasions occurred there, with one guy even LIFTING singing Mozza and he just laughed it off. After 3 days in Warsaw he walks because someone shouted something? He's clearly having some serious mood swings.

Sorry for your cancellation those years ago - but as you say, Moz-reasons.
