she has always embraced her image as an androgynous individual, and she has always been outspoken about the importance of identity--whether it is for a film role or her life outside of movies. and i think that it's because of these reasons is why she can somehow identify as part of the gay community, despite her sexual orientation.

And oh yeah, I forgot to post about this, but I saw Tilda (and Anton) on Monday night! They did a Q&A with Henry Rollins after a screening of OLLA - she is so tall and gorgeous!
yeah, the screening was at LACMA (a museum) and they have a relationship with public radio, and he has a show on public radio, so I am guessing that's why he was there. not a super great interviewer, he kept asking her questions about her character that she couldn't possibly know the answers to.
at lacma, they were showing a screening for Only Lovers Left Alive. I also passed by Jeff Goldblum when I was going to the restroom apparently he's in a jazz band.
