she has always embraced her image as an androgynous individual, and she has always been outspoken about the importance of identity--whether it is for a film role or her life outside of movies. and i think that it's because of these reasons is why she can somehow identify as part of the gay community, despite her sexual orientation.

Right? Her words confuse me. She's talking like it's something she's gone through, like it's out of experience. I'm gay and idk wtf she's talking about, lol.

and it might sound a bit off at first, but to be fair, she has this way of answering questions that does sound a bit weird to most people.
