Its one thing to remake movies that sucked in the first place and aren't as well known and another thing entirely to remake iconic movies. Its fine, just leave it and get some new fucking ideas.

This remake needs to die a quick and bloody death before it even gets off the ground. There are some movies that are so perfect and iconic the way they are that they never need to be remade. This is one of them.
