There was no build-up for Lupin and Tonks anyway. BUT STILL. I don't care no more. Let it be crap. It's my least favorite book.

Off course there was build up... although very subtle.

Even Natalia was siked about getting all emo over Remus earlier this year before she found out her character got screwed over.

Tonks is miserable throughout the HBP because she wants to be with Remus. Harry notices a change in her attitude and her new patronus is proof of that. When Harry arrived at the Burrow, Molly dropped a hint that something was up with Tonks.

Then there is that Hospotal scene with Remus.

i know! I sat there at 4am reading exhausted so I just cried while reading. *sighs* I usually watch the movies but I'm over it lol they aren't worth the time of me complaining for days after about what they left out.
