Most people would get it on that basis, but this is not a person with a strong relationship to reality. It'd be very unsurprising if she believed she was at less risk from the general public than from fellow inmates (which in a lot of cases would be true, but she's got innumerable threats against her from people who aren't just being bullish on social media)
