I’ve given up on thinking too much about the writing BUT LET IT BE KNOWN I pretty much agree with everybody’s takes above

This show is so, so over-the-top and ridiculous and extreme and dumb but I really love it and it’s exactly what I needed after last week’s nonsense. My partner and I just finished binging it and had a blast just non-stop laughing about the ridiculous situations that were CONSTANTLY going on.

My favorite hilariously ridiculous plot in part 2 was [Spoiler (click to open)]Silver hiring an old Cobra Kai dude to lure Daniel to another part of town by pretending to have the address for the guy who might have information about the Sekai Taikai death, locking him in a dog cage, and then Daniel picking the lock using the parts from a Jesus necklace he bought on the street. This was straight up telenovela territory!

[Spoiler (click to open)]”THEY LOCKED UP DANIEL LARUSSO IN A DOG CAGE!11!!” Also, had to laugh that when Daniel fought the long-haired Cobra Kai dude that he was like “You know karate????” like yeah everyone in this universe knows karate for some reason get with the program, Daniel!

Robby was super drunk in his scene with Zara and said he didn't remember anything. That's SA, not him cheating.

What the hell were these 5 episodes?!

I love this show but I am glad this is the final season, it keeps getting worse. I have a lot to complain about:

[Spoiler (click to open)]I feel like Robby is so out of character here and that he never would've behaved like he behaves here re: Zara and Tory. Kwon basically killing himself... what was the point? I really enjoyed his character even if he was so over the top for no reason, but why have him die? Silver coming back was great but the part with Daniel locked in a cage etc. was so fucking dumb.

Johnny becomes dumber and dumber by the minute, wtf are they doing with his character?

Why is everyone getting worse instead of better? Thank God for Miguel, the only sane one and my favorite. Also, he's always been handsome but how damn good looking was Xolo in these episodes??

I have a lot of feelings, clearly.
