I wonder if this was announced to shut down any protests planned at the mama awards next week. there was reports "riize is 6" losers were gonna show up and fans were trying to organize "riize is 7" banners or chants and then fans were arguing cause some wanted to give them a black ocean.

I guess this is the tiniest silver lining but since he was active in riize for like a few months I wonder if he has enough of a stanbase to support a solo career. If Lucas's numbers were abysmal I can't imagine seunghan will do well with all the hate he received, plus idk if he's fluent enough in english to keep engaged with international stans

If I recall correctly, Lucas's allegations surfaced well after he debuted and had stans. In Seunghan's case, the timing was very different (to his detriment). The news dropped pretty much immediately, so he didn't have the chance to develop a strong fanbase (especially a strong domestic fanbase) prior to being put on hiatus.

He got dozen Lucas treatment. I guess they have a 7 year contract with him so they can't keep him in the basement forever. I think they should've fought to keep him in Riize instead of bending to vicious fans' wishes.
