a) i like how she held up her hand behind each product in order to get the camera to focus like and old school beauty youtuber

b) what the hell were those secret products she applied off camera? were they from competitors or something? no free promo!!

b) I think it's a product they haven't released yet cause it looked like she said "it's contour" !

They'll be products the line hasn't launched yet - depending on their stage in development she'll be using a sample of something to come or if it's not ready, a competitor

She's very endearing in this video.

Her smile is also super cute.

When I was in London I stopped by a Lisa Eldridge makeup counter and picked up the skin tint based on the recs here. I love it! I was going to a wedding and thought it would be nice to try and find something close to foolproof that would provide minimal coverage, but enough to calm the redness in my skin. The color I got matches me perfectly too.

The person who helped me at the counter also recommended the Haus foundation if I ever wanted something with more coverage. Holy shit, it looks like paint in the video--that's intimidating.

Stocked up some tried and trues because I've either run out or am going to in the upcoming weeks:
The Ordinary hyaluronic acid
Commodity Gold perfume
Bobbi Brown corrector
Milk Makeup brow gel

First time purchases:
Clinique lip/cheek oil in Black Honey (absolutely loving so far)
Ouai St. Barts scrub (feels nice/luxurious - smells like a vacation!)

Has anyone tried the Haus Labs foundation? I have a very oily t-zone and also acne-prone/sensitive skin so I try not to rock the boat when it comes to base products. It looks like such a nice finish though!

My neverending search to find the right foundation....

I've been using Fenty for awhile and tried Haus. I couldn't find the right shade, they'll all too yellow based, even the neutral. It feels heavy (vs Fenty, Born this Way and Armani) on my skin and settles into my lines. After my work shift, it was cakey and I couldn't wait to wash it off.

I tried Il Makiage. The color was perfect but it's greasy on my skin. I guess I'm going back to Fenty.

Not surprised with what you say about yellow-ish. In this video she said the concealer comes in four undertones: rosey, golden, peach and neutral. So it feels like there’s not really a choice for us cooler toned gals with Haus

I tried the so-called 'cooler' tones and they were still not right. Some were TOO pink. It looked like cotton candy colored makeup on my skin. I couldn't handle how heavy it felt on my skin. I tried the sponge, brush, everything.

Armani is too damn pricey even though I love the feel of it. I'll give it to Il Makiage for the amazing color match, but I was so shiny and had no staying power.

Sometimes Fenty gets a little dry and I have a mister in winter. In summer, it sometimes feels a bit greasy but it doesn't bother my skin.

I wish I was brave enough to forgo foundation all together.
