I personally can't stand double sided brushes because how do you store it? Whichever side is down is like dirty to me

In general she sounds genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about her products, which is great, but she's hit on a real pet peeve of mine. I absolutely *hate* the "clean" rhetoric in the beauty industry. Especially the scaremongering re: chemicals and carcinogens.

I mean FFS one of the key ingredients in skincare/cosmetics is water, a chemical compound that can poison you, yet you don't see them talking about H2O like it's the devil.

Since I dyed my hair red, I have been all about the warm neutral / burnt orange blushes and one of her blushes (I think it's called Fire Moon?) has been seriously on my radar. I might splurge on it soon.
