Because this is incredibly unhealthy? Young women need to know this is not a healthy way to live, I'm not shaming her I'm saying she needs help, and to conflate it to fat shaming is such a false equivalence

I hope they made new translations of the songs because Wicked Mexico had atrocious lyrics, but I’m not holding my breath… the translations for Latin American dubs have been awful these past 20 years. I’m excited to have Dana Paola’s Elphaba as an official recording though! She was great in the role and that was when she was 18.

have you heard Ariana's version of Popular? they released a clip from this movie and it's so flat.

Kristin really set a high standard, the true magic that made the whole show work and be popular tbh

She sounds like she’s doing a Kristin Chenoweth impression, which… eh. Ariana has always been good at those, but it just makes me want to go listen to the original one. Maybe the soundtrack version will turn out better, but I doubt it.

I’m really curious about Cynthia’s The Wizard and I, because the LQ fragment of Defying Gravity from the doll was okay, despite some choices there at the end.

honestly whenever i see a clip of the movie, the way ariana sounds speaking all i can think if that she is going a kristin impersonation, because her glinda voice seems pretty much like kristin's.
