I guess they're ready to pay those termination fees?

I hope they have a rich investor lined up to pay those termination fees... because I do not think they have a case to get out of their contract without penalties.

Isn't it gonna be like tens and tens of millions of dollars? MHJ's scorched earth approach is craaaazy, yikes. I do wonder what happened if HYBE would've just privately told her "we know what you're up to, knock it off" instead of auditing ADOR though?

Idk I haven't followed things super closely!!

LOL YEAH it will be lots of $$$$$.

But maybe there's some rich investor lined up? idk. They still won't have rights to all their old intellectual property though even if an investor pays off their debts for them so...

And yeah idk what would have happened if Hybe had approached her privately first but also like... the trust was completely broken at that point. Hybe would have had to do SOMETHING, imo. How could they trust that she still wouldn't try her plans a year down the road? I think once they were tipped off about the investors meeting, MHJ was never going to be trusted as CEO of Ador ever again.

HYBE is just too incompetent. They should've waited and collect enough evidences on whatever MHJ tried to do.

I feel like everyone loses here. Hybe's reputation has taken a hit for sure, like you're that pressed that you're willing to sabotage a very successful group? Someone here mentionned that Hybe's approach and misogyny reflect the fact that management are all tech bros. Then, the girls are ready to follow MHJ's and her broke ass at whatever cost and don't mind being in debt until adulthood. IDK what's going on here but it won't end well.

Is MHJ still claiming Illit copying her? Last I heard she pivot to Illit plagiarized NJ's "marketing strategy" lol.

Anyway, good luck to NJ girls, they at least have the public on their side.

The marketing strategy 'plagiarism' was EXTREMELY funny.

Now Bunnies (NJ/MHJ stans) are the ones doing the dirty work for her. I recently saw that they found evidence that ILLIT's team used Minji as the prototype of girl (looks-wise) they were looking for ILLIT.

tbh illit’s initial debut concept and roll out was a replica but I’m not sure that’s grounds for anything that unfolded with mhj and newjeans. this is overall a mess, the girls are lucky they have public opinion on their side bc im not sure how much of a case they have. the adults putting them in this position are horrible.

When I was in Korea last month NewJeans were EEEVERYWHERE so it's insane that Hybe/ADOR just want to punish them.

I was in Korea in September and there was not one day when I didn't hear a new jeans song in public, they're insanely popular
