I am now remembering how TV production companies as part of their flat pay scheme test are requiring actors to be on set even on days they have no scenes which is ridiculous. Why?!

I definitely want to read this! I keep meaning to check out her first one. She's really lived so many lives for being so young.

I think it's Emma tbh.

Keke spoke nicely about Lea when asked about her on WWHL, but idk.

She didn't mention the co-star was from Scream Queens - the source (and others) are just grouping it together.

She’s spoke nicely about Lea, still follows Emma Roberts and has been open to returning to Scream Queens in the past.

You know the co-star who was like “it’s bad” was Emma Roberts. You just KNOW

I could see Lea being like that too given how buddy buddy she is with Ryan

Idk man it’s so hard that you can hold me at gun point and I’d be shot, cos I wouldn’t be able to determine which of them is the bigger asshole

I know basically nothing about the industry, but I'm baffled that they can tell you to be on set during your day off. If I'm obligated to do anything work-related during that day then it's not a day off. Unless there's different types of days off in TV/film?? Like being "on-call" in healthcare?

Yeah, considering how organized the film and tv world is I'm surprised that all of a sudden it would just be like, "We need you on set." Sounds like a poorly run production imo.

I feel like all jobs where you have "scheduled days off" (rather than weekends where no one goes in) the people in charge are always trying to get people in on their day off because they try and get away with paying fewer people than they actually need available (the service industry is notorious for this). Doctors are also underpaid for being on-call. We need to expand on the French model and just fine the crap out of any employer who calls you at home to do work.
