Ray-Ray spoke too soon. I mean, at this point, get it girl. And it’s not like you’ll qualify for the Olympics ever again after everything.

If this was the 90s, we would've already had an unauthorized TV movie about this.

Instead we can look forward to reality TV competitions called Somewhere's Best Breaker, The Breaker, and The Masked Breaker etc.

The fact that she even qualified shows they have no one judging that remotely understands the art. I'm old school, and when I was in HS there were a lot of grafitti artists and B-Boys/Girls, and a lot of underground places had breakdancing competitions. I have no idea what Raygun was doing, but it wasn't breakdancing. It's not even about her being White because I've seen B-People who were White who absolutely threw down. The problem is that she was terrible and had no business being at the Olympics.

"Dancing is so much fun and it makes you feel good and I don’t think people should feel crap about, you know, the way that they dance,"

Yeah, but you weren’t dancing at a club or your living room, you were literally taking up undeserved space in one of the most important sports events worldwide. Know your fucking place and suck it up.

I hate manipulative statements like hers, it just reeks of entitlement and woo is me bullshit.

Absolutely nothing of value is lost here.

Yeah, it's disrispectful to the people who take breakdancing seriously.

I can't dance at all but I like to hop around my apartment when nobody is around, doesn't mean I can take part in a competition.
