Cardi B

No need to nasty, y’all picked your winner…All we can do is be hopeful and wish the best. Before Kamala joined the race, we knew how this country is set up and what was probably going to happen but it was so inspiring how she fought and changed so many minds, including mine. pic.twitter.com/pj05rnKY57

Trying to focus on work but it’s hard. I have a flexible schedule so I’ll clock in early but goddamn. I’m so tired.

The world would be a better place without certain people in it. Azealia Banks is one of those people.

Hearing he won the popular vote too is devastating because people really support him.

I couldn’t face my parents this morning (they voted trump) and I’m so mad at them.

Trump has around the same amount of voters as the last election. He currently has 3 million less votes (yes, I know the count isn’t fully done yet) but Biden had over 81 million votes in 2020 while Harris only has 67 mil votes at the current time.

I truly am disappointed he won the popular vote bc people did not turn out to vote for Harris.

Apparently a lot of people were unaware Biden has stepped down because that was a popular Google search yesterday. I think a lot of people checked out keeping up with the news and politics, esp after how life or death things seemed in the last election and then things getting worse for this one. I'm not excusing them but people were exhausted.

And now it's doomed us.

But that's - I'm in FINLAND and my 12-year-old nephew knew Kamala. It's one thing to not follow politics and a very different one to be completely out of the loop of any current events. God I've been so full of rage this whole day... American voters have way too much power over world events.

As someone who isn’t American, it’s not clear to me why there’s so much obsession with Trump. I mentioned during the debate that his messaging was more effective and got a lot of hateful comments here. It’s a sad day for the U.S.

“Kamala Harris lost this election when she pivoted to focus almost exclusively on attacking Donald Trump,” veteran pollster Frank Luntz said on X, formerly Twitter. “Voters already know everything there is about Trump - but they still wanted to know more about Harris’ plans for the first hour, first day, first month and first year of her administration.

“It was a colossal failure for her campaign to shine the spotlight on Trump more than on Harris’ own ideas.”

But why don’t give a shit? He won both the electoral and popular votes. More Black and Latino voters supported him compared to the last election. Voters under 30 and first-time voters also turned out in record numbers for him. Traditional they are Dems voters, why did they switched, that’s something the Democrats need to figure out in the next three years, or they’ll face the same outcome. Clearly, her messaging wasn’t the only problem.

I hate this country so so much. I hope his fat ass dies soon. The world will be a much better place without him.

Well, then Vance takes over and I'm not sure that dude is any better since he doesn't think people without children should've the right to vote

Nah we need to keep him alive until right before the next election (God willing that there is one)!
