Idk my 30s were the best for me. It’s the last couple of years where I feel like things are breaking and slowing down and all the doctor says is “yeah, you’re in your 40s”. Gee thanks lol

honestly as someone who turned 35 this year and whose metabolism did just simply stop working as before, i feel that, and i am someone who loved turning 30.

idk I'm 36 and everything seems fine still? Maybe it helps that I don't have kids or a crazy schedule to wear me down.

I'm not broke like my 20s, I'm in better shape, nothing hurts (aside from my hip recovery, but that's genetic not age related), and I don't feel as exhausted because I maintain a consistent sleep schedule.
