The Martins doing the merengue on the ledge.

Otherwise kind of an anticlimactic ending. I was more interested in Tea Leoni's character than everything with Marshall or even Lester's death.

Meh finale. Really lacklustre with the killer reveal.

Curious to see how we're setting up the fifth season. I feel like the show lost its magic in season 2, except for every scene Martin Short is in. He's so much fun.

Lowkey was hoping for Mabel to get whacked. Legit did not even know who Lester was LOL.

The last part, same lol

I must have blanked out because I had no memory of who Lester was when they showed him dead

I really liked the rest of this season but this finale was a snooze

I know I could just rewatch but did they explain why Marshall had tinsel on him? I saw they showed it falling but not how he ended up with it.

I def teared up at the wedding lol. I’m intrigued by Tea Leoni’s character and possible storyline.

I love Amy Ryan as Jan so much. I cackled when Charles said she says such awful things in such an arousing way.

It wasn't tinsel, the fit neighboor proved it wasn't by failing to set it on fire (since tinsel is highly flammable) so I'm guessing it was a shred/bit from the protection vest used in fire stunts, it looked the same material. Sorry for the late reply, I literally just watched the finale lol they didn't confirm/mention what it was tho.

I'm also disappointed with the ending. I did not like that killer and everything to do with them. Lots of things aren't still answered (who poisoned Oliver's dog), are the writers just waiting until the show final season to tell us? Will they push back and write about characters we don't care until then?
They really switch the play in season 3 for a film and it was bland. The Westies had no purpose so why even introduce them. This part of Sazz' script with Dudenoff was just lazy writing to put the killer there.

Martin Short and Steve Martin are really the heart of the show.

Will I watch season 5? Hell yeah I love this cosy show!

I was disappointed with the murderer, primarily because the other ones were interesting or you could kind of understand why they murdered someone. That's not saying anyone deserved to be murdered, but that their reasoning seemed specific enough.

The murderer this season? Meh. I think it's partially because Sazz didn't wrong him and she went above and beyond to support him. His dad didn't really believe in his dream? I wish we would've seen the pressure the killer was facing or something where it would make more sense for him to kill Sazz.

But maybe I'm angry about this because I'm tired of seeing entitled, lazy, talentless men act irrationally towards women out of envy.
