I find nothing wrong with wanting to just go to work, do your job, and go home. But then that's me. Plus, we don't know when this was, Anne could have had a lot going on at the time

that's how i feel about this. people are just different, and maybe she didn't feel like having small talk. it's not the end of the world. are humans inherently social? sure, but it doesn't mean we need to fill quiet space with pointless chitchatting either. if anne or blake sat there for months and didn't even utter a hello that's a bit weird, but i don't have to tell you about my personal life bro, people can live private lives
