I started playing again earlier this year but I stopped and now I’m too lazy to start again because I know my mods are outdated. And I heard they were having many issues with a mandatory game update. I had to go offline on origin so they wouldn’t touch it.

I’m sad they’re not going to just do sims 5 and start over.

I'm so so so sick of the sims 4. Everything in it is just a copy of a copy of a copy with a new color or appearance slapped on it. It's criminal to charge what they do when you basically get the exact same fucking thing every time.

I was confused about this because I thought they'd be wrapping it up with the expansions to prepare for theSims 5 but apparently they just decided the Sims 5 just isn't going to happen at all?

They're still play testing what was supposed to be The Sims 5 (Project Rene) so they might be releasing what they have as a spin off.

The intention is for it to be a mmorpg but also not exactly. Some sort of online sims game you play with people and a store to buy things like ts3 and more $ dlc.
