Oops, that's actually for the penthouse LOL. I think the owners of that cabin are quoted in the story LMAO (and sound incredibly foolish).

Always read the fine print! Except on ONTD, ONTD means nothing. These people also can't read shit.

Some OP Notes:
1. It really should be "A Scam on the High Seas?" because I am not, for legal reasons, saying this is a scam. Don't sue me, Villa Vie, although I know you are flat broke.
2. Cruise Mapper said the ship was actually moving this evening, but then it stopped again so I think it was just dealing with some current issues.
3. Not every cruise is "luxury". IDK why media thinks if you're on a cruise, it must be a LUXURY cruise. This is NOT a luxury ship - it's a rust bucket that has been a rust bucket for 15+ years. I've seen media try and describe Carnival as luxury. It is not.

Never. Again.

Shiver me timbers, I'm gonna read this while I walk the plank to not getting scammed twice by the same people!

The CTO blurb was just a bunch of buzzwords, and not even properly edited at that.
As of 4 PM EDT on 10/2/2024, the ship is currently anchored off the coast of Bangor, NI, a distance of about 15 miles from where it initially set sail.
lmao well.

They still claim they will be arriving in Brest at 4 AM on Friday despite being 100% stationary at the moment where they have been since Monday night about 2 hours after they left Belfast. They can still see Belfast.

They're more popular than ever, and yes, it does have a lot of issues that will take decades to even begin to tackle (environmental damage, its role in overtourism, etc.).

I wasn't a believer until I took a cruise that was less than $1,000 per person including drinks and internet and gratuities, 6 nights on Celebrity to Cozumel, Costa Maya, and the Bahamas. I was hooked. They really do have everything, and the ship was only half full so we had a grand time. My second cruise, not so much, but still really enjoyed it.
