Matt, the creator of We Rate Dogs, walks through a dog park with Tim Walz and his rescue dog, Scout, while they talk about how good dogs are and why people should rescue. Tim also shares a story about Scout learning how to get treats from strangers at the park (he's a genius).

Gov Walz just honestly seems like a normal decent guy and it’s startling to see that in DC haha.

He’s going to abolish JD Vance tomorrow night I cannot wait

of course the people whose pfps are sunglasses and guns or them and their 6 children on a farm are going "wuwuwuw why did you bring politics into it :( :(" when WRD is apparently vocal about their beliefs.

Let Scout con cookies out of people.

I hate him so much. His breeder fetish is especially bizarre coming from a man who doesn't seem to care about his own kids:

Please dear God, don't let this teddy bear of a man turn out to be a milkshake duck.

Don't do it. I love my dog but there are so many things that come with dog ownership that I just try not to recommend it to, at least, single people who like spontaneity, cleanliness, and money.

i have two cats but they're incredibly low maintenance compared to a dog. dogs are basically just babies! at the same time, maybe that responsibility would be good to grow into?

If you aren't ready to take on ownership of a dog, check your local animal shelter--they often want volunteers to walk the dogs, play with them, etc.
