I used to be of the opinion that Belinda was a real pain, but I've really softened to her recently. Now that I come across her more often, I see she's pretty funny and I like that she always uplifts, represents, and stands up for Mexico.

Ever since the earthquakes in Mexico I became a hardcore fan, you would see her helping, donating, speaking about ways to help,randomly eating at taco stands and making conversations with people there.

When I moved to the US in early 2001 I went to matamoros by foot and their was a Mexican soldier on the bridge who was *so* handsome. I turned to look at him when I passed and tripped because the sidewalk was uneven. No chance to try to catch myself, I fell flat on my face. I got dirt and gravel in my mouth and my left brow was all scraped but the same soldier can and lifted me up. I had at least 4 people tell me "you hit the ground hard" like no shit lol

That was very nice of Anitta, usually I think the models are instructed to keep it going instead which I think probably makes the situation more awkward for the fallen model.

I was walking to catch a bus one day and carrying a lot of items, and I rolled my ankle and couldn't catch myself in time, I just went hard down on the side walk. The light rail station across the way had just arrived and people were getting off.

Not a single person stopped to offer help while I floundered to stand up, but some people did make it harder by deciding to step OVER me instead of going around!

Edit: I’ve busted my ass in public plenty of times. No one made a spectacle of it though.

When we had that ice storm in Seattle (2 years back?) I slid pretty hard on the iced over parking lot. Right into the nearest frosty bush.
