Y’all, my ankles used to be weaker than wet paper.
I was at a small show once and at the bar getting a drink. I could feel my ankle about to give, looked at my best friend, told her, and then went down like a sack of potatoes. I was on the ground and asked her if anyone noticed. The bitch lied and said nope. I was fine. 10 seconds later a guy comes up to me as I’m still on the ground.

Yes. I rolled my ankle earlier this year when a damn cat darted out of some bushes, running under my foot mid stride. To avoid stepping on it I extended my step, fell right on my knee and elbow, rolled my ankle and was on crutches for a week. 😂

Where I live has snow and ice, so yes I have tripped over ice and snow on top of ice before on the sidewalk.

The only two stand-out events were my big ( probably 60-70 pounds) puppy dog at that time suddenly dragged me in a winter night/evening. I got dragged and slipped into the snowbank, almost felt into the road which happened to have a car passing by at that time. A passerby asked me if I needed help and I said it was okay. I was embarrassed, plus I couldn't imagine how he could help since my dog was still in his hyper stubborn big puppy phase at that time. From then on, I walked more slowly if there's ice/snow with my dogs and tend to stop when I see a car coming close.

The second time I was shoving snow and I slipped with my legs open in different direction and it HURTTTTTT. Honestly, I had a moment of fear that I twisted my legs and needed to go to the hospital.
