His "legacy" is already tarnished. They really could put this money toward a good cause and at least try to salvage some kind of reputation. If anything they're just adding to the tarnished reputation by continuing to deny it.

yeah, the phrasing is super disturbing and specific! it's a nondisclosure agreement, not a promise to love and protect their abuser's public image.
