Since this is an indie film and new to streaming and I only realized it existed when I was scrolling a list of Best New to Streaming in September last week, has anyone seen this? Because when I saw the poster screencap I went, "Scott Cohen?!" And then read the plot. O.O It's on Hulu.

Anyway, if you have seen it, what are your thoughts? I think we're going to try and watch it for a Saturday watch party soon LOL.

i saw Cuckoo is on demand now and it's only $10 instead of $20, so I might rent that tonight.

Gonna have to catch The Substance when I get back from my trip next week. And I'll catch Whiplash in theaters if we get a chance, because that is genuinely such a great movie to see in a theater.

Excited that I'll finally be able to catch I Saw the TV Glow once it's on Max, because I missed it in theaters. I hate that even in LA, lots of smaller movies have extremely short runs, or runs with the worst showtimes (2pm, 9:50pm), and then I just have to wait for streaming.

I have a bunch of tickets for Beyond Fest, which starts next week, and am anxiously awaiting a lineup drop from AFI Fest so I can decide whether I'm just getting a few tickets or getting a pass. A lot of great stuff is releasing either before the fest or shortly after, so I am curious whether or not they'll have enough screenings to make it worth getting a pass.
