I dont have a degree in music / music similarities so I'm sure these people have SOME evidence before bringing a lawsuit for this but the implication that Miley couldn't have possibly created this hit on her own feels gross to me.

I don't think these folks have a case, but I do think that this song doesn't exist exactly as it is without being a foil to Bruno's song. The lyrics are a clear call and response from his song.
