Warner Bros once pushed to make ‘BEETLEJUICE 2’ for Max but that idea frustrated Tim Burton.

WB said the film was too risky to make for $147M with a theatrical release, so they had to lower the budget to under $100M

The film has already made $250M worldwide.

My frickin Betelejuice Woobles said it was delivered but I can’t find it anywhere in my building. I swear if someone stole it I might literally cry. I just wanted the snake monster 😩

Honestly though after thinking about it, I watched the first movie so much as a kid. I LOVED it. I liked the second one still. Yes, one too many plot lines but I thought it was still ok. The actual sets were breathtaking to watch though. My sister and I were talking about how much we missed actually sets and this was perfect.

The snake was the only one in the Woobles collection that looked good. I hope your package turns up! In the past, my package has been marked as delivered but the delivery guy still had it on the truck and then delivered it the next day, so don't lose hope!

I dont like to defend WB but this just proves that films can be made on lower budgets and be fine. Of course that 45million came from salary cuts but tbh that how most of it should be with celebs, backend deals.

To me, backend deals sound like the every man’s performance bonus. Except negotiated upfront so there’s no surprises with “budget.”
