I get that it's supposed to be more than just skin deep but hiring CW level attractive people is just ridiculous. I saw the little preview from Netflix and it was so silly I couldn't bring myself to watch.

Like no one with even a freckle? Slightly crooked nose? There are tons of beautiful people who don't pass the conventional beauty test just hire them.

Makes me think of Barbie when they had to insert the VO being like yes we know what Margot Robbie looks like crying and without make up just go with it. Like at least for that they tried something creative in trying to make the larger point.
