I get it tbh. He debuted at 15 so he probably sympathizes with teenagers having to go through this BS and feeling powerless. The surprising part to me is that he actually said something. It's one thing for other artists and industry workers to be showing public support for Newjeans, but Hybe's golden boy himself?
NJ shouldn't be getting any hate, they're victims here too (like LSF and Illit too, who unfortunately aren't getting any support).
I thought it was pretty clear he meant to support the artist not their CEO but I guess they're one and the same for kpop twitter?
unfortunately MHJ has really succeeded in tying herself so closely to the girls that online you either support or attack both at the same time. Despite the fact that she very much deserves criticism and the girls didn't do anything at all. So yeah they're kind of a shield for her and have been since the first press conference she did.
