There's a tall bridge near where I live. There are signs for help lines all the way up the sidewalk to cross it and it always makes my stomach drop a little.

The husband of a friend of a friend went missing and after a frantic search, his car was found near the Golden Gate Bridge. I think there was footage of him jumping but he was never found. I didn't know her very well but I was sick over it for about a week while police were piercing it together.

As a mental health therapist I think this is wonderful he was able to provide intervention and help with the mental health crisis. I also watched the docu series about the band and he come off as cool and Richie Sambora seems like a douche.

This made me tear up. I didn’t want to watch it initially because I’m not a fan of witnessing people’s darkest moments that they may want to keep private from the world at large. But, I wanted to see how they were able to convince her. I’m so glad that they took a calm and slow approach.

It’s crazy how a person could feel like their whole life is ending meanwhile others around them are just enjoying a nice day. And, on the flip side, I’d feel some strange type of guilt if I had been a pedestrian/bikers who didn’t notice what was going on. Life is so weird.
