Nothing else should be done on this unless it gets solved - which, thanks in large part to the cops who contaminated the crime scene and the few who do know not talking/taking it to the grave, it won't be. That said, I do believe the brother did it and the parents covered it up. And of course that version likely will never be covered in a film or series

This case makes me mad, two kids with clear signs of sexual abuse and people don't want to see the neon arrows pointing to the very litigious J***?

mte. i saw a reddit comment recently that was like "john is the luckiest son of a bitch to somehow end up in 4th place on most people's suspect list, behind a literal child, some random stranger and his wife."

I am hoping the tides finally turn somehow on this case, people on reddit, like this guy, really put in a ton of work to be more thoughtful with actual evidence and disrupting the decades of tabloid coverage.

I think I just lost two hours reading that. Holy crap. Okay. Um, yeah. If this movie isn't (basically) that then it doesn't need to be done

Gross and unnecessary.

I was a kid myself so I never really understood who was the most likely culprit (other than the fact that it was someone in her family). I remember adults saying that the cops botched the case, but other than that I never looked into it because it was just so disturbing to me. Idk why since I’ve consumed other true crime stories; maybe because her face was plastered everywhere and I just wanted her to rest.
