The harbor is pretty cool, albeit usually packed with people. My defining memory from the last time I was there was when I nearly lost control of a Bird scooter and almost rode it into the water lmao.
I remember that case; I donated to their gofundme because that situation was pretty stank.
Maybe it varies by state, but there's a difference in tenant laws for those who are renting and those who lost their home due to a bank foreclosure, and for foreclosures your ass has to be out. You knew the property was going to get taken from you in ample enough time to make other arrangements. I would have the sheriff put his ass out and the locks changed.
Actors’ finances always amaze me. There are consistent working actors who live well, but don’t have mansions/multiple homes yet others do and have no problem with the upkeep and I wonder how? I guess it’s if you have a decent financial team who don’t steal from you plus you know how to invest.
Didn’t he make close to $20 million on a few films? And he’s a producer?
Insert that gif about asking if I’m supposed to feel bad for that bitch.
Legal bills can add up but again, he’s been producing in addition to acting for how many decades? But I looked into it and he owed $31 million alone to people behind House of Cards because of the losses he caused them.
It’s just not that hard to invest all that money (legally). I swear, the rich don’t deserve to be rich.
I don't want to blame Sam Asghari, the real estate agent, but why bother buying a pervert's home? Also..are we supposed to feel bad for Spacey and Armie Hammer? because there are actors who went through worse and yet didn't broadcast their misery into the world.

"Spacey bought the property for $5,650,000
"Real estate investor Sam Asgari (note: this is not Britney's ex Sam Asghari), who bought the five story home for $3,240,000"

A lot of companies that build houses/apartments try to get them by the water. Because people like that.
Venice, CA was originally like Venice, Italy but after LA annexed the town they drained and paved over most of the canals,

Tenants - even illegal ones who aren't paying - still have a fair number of rights in many states.
