Well, this reminds me to ask my dad if he actually has a bluray player or not or if I've just been imagining that he has one for several years now LOL. Or do I have a bluray player and just keep thinking it's a DVD player?

(I stream stuff despite having a large dvd collection - and I have blurays so someone in my family must have a bluray player...)

Think of it this way, Winona probably wouldn’t know half of your favourite films/film directors. The media of film is such a vast universe that it’s physically impossible to know of every single filmmaker or to have watched their works. I always used to feel extremely inferior when other cinemaphiles would start name dropping obscure titles until I realised that discovering films/directors is not a competition. It’s an organic process that should be enjoyed, not forced.
