That’s just so wrong. There needs to be regulations in place for AI (granted any AI created image is theft imo, even when done for innocent funsies).

In Korea, there’s girls and women who are having to put up with disgusting AI images of themselves made by boys/men who are doing it out of revenge. To put these girls/women in their place for smallest slight.

Men are weak but heterosexual men are the weakest.

What grinds my gears is the amount of men insisting it's harmless and doesn't mean anything because "it's not really you."

If that were at all true their nasty asses wouldn't inflict it as a punishment.

edit: I don't know why I used the word 'but' originally, it's not a 'but.'

It’s always oh so innocent and not harmful at all! 🙄 Until someone either commits suicide or turns the table on these dudes. It’s truly infuriating they do not care about other people.

She’s not wrong and I’m glad she had protective parents. She seems pretty well adjusted.

Jenna about twitter: "One of the first - actually the first D.M. that I ever opened myself when I was 12 was an unsolicited photo of a man’s genitals, and that was just the beginning of what was to come."

All of those men who sexually harassed Jenna when she was a minor should have been arrested.

Horrifying. 100% they should have been arrested.

I'm not saying it's her mother's fault Jenna had open DMs, especially since this would have been almost ten years ago. That being said, I hope all parents (not just those with famous children) seriously think about online safety and maintain some boundaries for their children online (like not having open DMs and not accepting message requests from people you don't know, etc.). I know social media is changing so quickly and a lot of parents don't even know what platforms their children are using, but it feels like parents are increasingly checking out of monitoring internet usage rather than having the difficult conversations they need to have. I see more and more gen alpha kids on social media and I can only imagine what sorts of messages they're receiving.

Stage parents have always been a problem, but with the internet it's just exponentially worse. At least before it was something that was constrained to the ones willing to be in New York or LA or Orlando, but now anyone can put their kids on camera from anywhere. I wish we had actual regulation in this country because god knows the social media platforms don't care.

yeah, I have an acquaintance who’s obviously living her failed musical theater actress dreams through her kid and it’s dreadful to watch. the kid is clearly super annoyed by all the music & dance lessons she has to take and lashing out in a “diva” way her mom (and the followers) fully enable by pretending she’s just “sassy” and “empowered”.

That kid is shaping up to be a brazilian Lea Michelle, I swear.

This is so true.

Like, WE KEEP SEEING traditional entertainment industries are not safe for kids. But at the same time, IRL interaction with people outside the home is a protective factor in abusive family structures.

Especially when so many of these kids are home schooled, there is nobody looking out for them.
