She has to done this before but probably on a smaller scale to able to know how fake all these docs and the process.

Never commit crimes by mail! Those federal charges are no joke. I wonder who from inside the Elvis estate was involved with this because I believe pretty early on it was clear that there was some kind of knowledge of the estate with this scheme.

Iirc the fake loan also put Lisa Marie’s 15% stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises as collateral (and something shady apparently happened during probate proceedings with the house she lived in at the time of her death?), so I can see why that would ping the attention of the estate officials.
