i've known for a long time that my cleaning standards do not align with ONTD, which is why i hardly ever comment on these posts. however, today i felt brave enough to do so lol

I change my sheets every 12 hours in the summer and every 24 hours in the winter.

I most often change my sheets every two weeks but I notice a clear difference in freshness and confort when I change them after a week or less (usually because one of my cats has left a stain on it) so I actually agree than sheets should be changed more often. I'm just too lazy to do it.

Sleeping on the same pillowcase for 2 weeks sounds like a nightmare to me. I'm very breakout prone, I need to change pillowcases twice a week at least.

Sheets? 1 a week.
