I love Alright, Alright, Alright: The Oral History of Richard Linklater’s “Dazed and Confused” by Melissa Maerz, a great look at that film but also the independent boom, the creation and ego of new stars, and an origin of Linklater as a filmmaker.
I managed to find a copy of Outrageous Conduct: Art, Ego, and the Twilight Zone Case by Stephen Farber, and if you can find a copy I highly recommend. what John Landis did and what he got away with…it’s disgusting and reprehensible!
DisneyWar by James Stewart is up there with LFNY as a dense but readable work.

The guy playing Lorne doesn't even seem like he's trying. Lorne has a very distinct Canadian accent.
Maybe they thought most people would assume he was doing a Dr. Evil impression if he tried to mimic the accent lol.
