I wonder if Daniel Ricciardo not being signed for a seat next year throwing things off a little. Despite VCARBs awful strategy, he's improved in the last 3-4 races against him.

He brings a lot of money to any team he's one, so does Checo, soooooooo I wonder if teams are waiting for the RB seat circus to settle before they sign the other 'free-agent' drivers.

i am with you on it. danny and max also have the same car preference, which makes the rbr car harder to drive for any that doesn't prefer the car the same way. i think he might do really well in it

I think so too, especially since Danny backed Horner and Max has said he wants Daniel. I just think there is going to be a lot of pushback with putting Daniel in that seat that RBR might not be prepared for/bring more criticism to the team, especially with Yuki performing as he has even after that big crash. And tbh, I don't think Danny will perform any better than Checo because it's clear the car is deteriorating at a rapid rate.

I do wonder if there's any merit to the rumors the FIA quietly told them to change the car?
