Crowdstrike Hands Out $10 UberEats Gift Cards -- Like their Update, Those Don't Work Either

Jul 24, 2024 19:42

CrowdStrike is offering its partners a $10 Uber Eats gift card as an apology.

So far the only people I've seen happy about the flight delays is the English flight crew at my hotel. They were delighted their flight got cancelled and they got to spend another day on the Florida beach.

I feel so bad for my guests who have been stuck here or had to cancel their trips here because of all this nonsense.

I know somebody was stranded in Italy for 3 days and was forced to spend a ton of time at the airport. The first day they were there forever and then they told them oh we got you booked for tomorrow morning stay at this hotel. They showed up the next morning and they were like lol jk we're sending you tomorrow morning. Soooo they finally get their flight and it's got an 8hr layover. They missed all the Biden dropping out drama lol

I doubt they even paid for them, Uber most likely gave it to them for "free" as advertising
