I know the Baldwins are pretty dysfunctional so maybe this sentiment doesn’t really apply to her situation but I hate how normalized it is to devalue all of the relationships with your family and friends when you enter into a romantic relationship. It’s encouraged even! I’ll die on the hill that it’s never healthy to make one person your entire universe

I had a friend like that in high school. She seems to be in a good place w/marriage and kids and shit.

I struggle a lot with remaining a whole person. I'm so insecure in general. Insecure attachments x1000. I really like my life alone. I forget how to not get overruled (benign or not) and just say yes out of fear.

I hope she does not feel that ever
