omg I think I remember his face from Charmed! Now that is a throwback.

VanSanten has to pay Webster $10,000 per day that the dog is not returned - I am surprised shes making that kind of money tbh

I always think he’s hot in Hallmark movies. Plus he played the gay bff’s husband in Must Like Dogs. And he’s doing pet custody arrangements instead of kid custody? Sign me up. Needs to lose the beard though. Don’t like that.

My parents did this with their dog. They have to meet at the police station every week and trade the dog. It's terrible, honestly - they both hate each other and seeing one another every week just picks the scab over and over again. They definitely should have enacted the late fee penalty though, there have been times when one or the other kept the dog for longer than they were supposed to! What a mess lol

Honestly I feel like shared custody of a pet is probably not that fair on the pet. Travelling and change of environment can be pretty stressful for animals. I don't know what the solution is though, if I ever split up with my husband I'd be devastated at not seeing my little fluff balls ever again, gotta say.

Yeaaah, shared dog custody is also keeping a set of my friends in a messy situation. They were bitter about the break up (tho it was for the best) and a clean cut-off would have benefited both of them in their healing. But they instead have to see each other almost weekly. One of them wants to live outside the country, as a bucket list item, but can't take the dog nor give the dog up. And the dog's behavior has degraded during this time, to boot. Like I get it, but also it's so much.
