not just the internet. I can't even play fucking solitaire on windows without an internet connection + ads now or paying for it. it's fucking solitaire!!!

I cannot get over having to see ads while I play solitaire, of all things. And there was something weird going on with their ads a few months back, too, where I'd get a few seconds of a Save the Children ad that appeared to be centered on the genocide in Gaza before it cut off and played an unrelated ad instead. Not sure what that was about but it feels skeevy.
