I heard about Humanist Vampire last week and really want to see it but my theater wasn't even showing I Saw the TV Glow. So.

I saw The Bikeriders at AFI Fest last year and really enjoyed it, so I hope some of y'all do, too! Jeff Nichols did a Q&A afterward, and he left a very positive impression on me - I have to check out more of his stuff. He was very funny and dry and straightforward - "Austin Butler is the most handsome man I've ever seen in real life".

Going to see Kinds of Kindness tonight - not super optimistic I'll like it from what I've heard, but fingers crossed.

Also wanna check out Fancy Dance, Janet Planet and Thelma when I get the chance!

We saw Challengers again last night - loved being able to pick up on more detail this time around. Luca rules.

This weekend, we've got:
Cabaret, which I love but have never seen in a theater before
Clueless, same deal
and You Can't Take it With You, which I've never seen before and am looking forward to mainly for Jimmy Stewart!

I was honestly kind of dreading it bc of comparisons to TKoaSD and the 2:44 runtime, but I really liked it?? Very dark, but also very funny. Jesse Plemons MVP.
