i'm really hoping illinoise wins something, it's such an incredible musical. i haven't felt so hyped after seeing a performance in quite a long time! i even bought a poster :{

This is my first year actually attending broadway shows so I’m super stoked for these Tony’s. Of the things nominated I’ve seen Merrily, Purlie, Appropriate, and Spamlot. All of them were amazing and deserving of their nominations. I truly hope Merrily and Appropriate sweep their categories; they were such good productions.

I’m super stoked to be watching this live with everyone this year though. It seemed like this was a pretty good year for shows. And I’m sure Hells Kitchen is a great show, I actually still want to see it, but I can’t imagine going to pay to watch people preform Empire State Of Mind considering you hear that song in any touristy area of the city. And you can get away from it.

I'll be rooting for Suffs tonight. I know that due to the subject matter, some people might feel it more akin to "homework" than entertainment. But it was so good and fun! Struck just the right balance of humor, gravitas, irreverence and depth. I loved it so much and the songs are so catchy. And more people need to see it because its message is still so very relevant now.

i never fill out ballots but this year i think i've seen more shows than previous years. it's going to be very interesting to see who wins because some categories have weird competition

i don't want to jinx anything but my fingers are very crossed that we'll get our ticket to the masquerade!!

God bless her for taking our hits and still coming back for more. Or maybe she needs professional help, idk
