I feel like it's a song that I've heard so many times that it's hard to be objective about, but fuck yeah, it's a great song (and I believe maybe one of the most covered songs ever). It has a very universal theme, timeless lyrics, a simple beat, and the vulnerability of it is gorgeous.

As far as my rankings, I could sit down and do a list of my personal favorites at this moment, because it changes a lot, but best? That'd be nearly impossible. I'm sure it'd be up there, though!!

(I found out about them I wish I had kept it. I remember buying it because I really liked the cover. I got so excited when it was played on Futurama)

and currently looking for recommendations of Japanese music. I mostly listen to folk punk, punk, ska, Chumbawamba, the usual. Not too huge on pop music, but I'll give it a try!

OP do you listen to all the songs/albums you post? Damn, that's a lot of time, props to you.

Tems albums was sooo underwhelming, all the songs sound the same, she uses similar melodies, almost same rhyming pattern, yikes, I couldn't even add anyone of them to my library.
Arya's album was better by miles, which is a shame cuz tems has like 2 songs i absolutely love but everything else has been so meh.

oh, i definitely don't listen to everything! i make these posts using a few websites, so it isn't a reflection of what i've heard that week, though i do tend to check out a fair amount of new releases every weekend.
