wasn't he disqualified because allegedly harassed a female staff member ?

That's what I heard as well. Allegedly a female member of the filming crew filmed him after a performance and after he repeatedly ask her not to do so because he was emotional. Then he allegedly went off on her and they got the police involved. I mean, if true he definitely should have been excluded because violence is never the answer, but on the other hand I wonder why they haven't released the footage of the incidebt yet (I assume it exists).

There could be several reasons especially if it's being investigated.
I get that production can be too pressuring but she was doing her job (I doubt it was her idea)

I read he made menacing gestures and yelled at her. So I'm confused about the whole write up on "unsafe surroundings, bad vibes and pressure on contestants wrt pro-Palestine protests and rainbow flags"

It's two separate things. Him being disqualified _and_ it just being a mess behind the scenes. How I read it, anyway.

Aren't they like the fourth big investors after the bigger ones? That'd be a big f u if they pull out.

I can understand their "anger" it's a massive money loss. Especially in an election year this could have been the anthem of it...
